My name is Lief.

I’m a career bartender who gave up alcohol in 2018, but never lost my passion for hospitality or the craft of mixology. Instead, I found a new purpose: creating alcohol-free cocktails that taste amazing, spark connection, and show that a sober lifestyle is anything but boring.

I'm the head consultant for The Variant Co., a consulting and creative agency I created alongside my wife, Noelle. We're here to challenge the idea that alcohol defines craft, creating non-alcoholic offerings with the same care, creativity & respect.
